If you hadn’t guessed yet, I’m Grace- owner and cake artist of Gracie’s Cakes and More. I love food, but the artistry of baking won my heart years ago.
I’ve bounced around over the years, but my two daughters and I have finally put our roots down in Valley Center, CA.
My specialties are buttercream cakes and decorated sugar cookies, but I’ve been known to make some pretty tasty macarons, brownies, and a mean passionfruit curd tart!
My hope for starting this business is not only to share what I can make, but help others discover the joy of baking and the thrill of turning butter and sugar into a work of art.
…An abrupt move back to California landed me back in my parents’ house, once again baking out of my mom’s kitchen. God has allowed me to put down roots here since 2021, where I have established Gracie’s Cakes and More. From wedding cakes to baby shower cookies, it is my joy and excitement to serve the community that has accepted me back and allowed me to grow those roots into branches!

Our Story
how'd we get here...
Although I was born in Escondido, California, I grew up on the east coast in Baltimore and Pennsylvania, where my baking journey really began.
My family came back to Cali in 2011, and from there I bounced around every couple years from house to house and even a couple years in Hawaii where I got a taste for running a bakery out of my garage during Covid!
